Sydenham Lake Canoe Club offers a skills development program designed to train paddlers in the sport of competitive spring canoe and kayak by preparing them to compete in regional and provincial regattas.
This is a full day Competitive Sprint Canoe Kayak Athletic Development Camp that prepares children and youth to compete at Regional and Provincial Canoe Kayak Ontario Regattas.
The program is a combination of training and restful activities in keeping with Canada's Long Term Athletic Development progression. This camp will be divided into 2 groups: U10-U12 and U14-U16. Paddlers must commit to a minimum of 4 weeks of consecutive or non consecutive training per season.
Please consult with your child before registering them in this program as they must enjoy and be committed to training and competition. There are 2-5 weekend regattas throughout the season. All participants must be able to swim 25m in a lifejacket.

Time: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 4:00
Extended Hours available 7:45am - 4:30pm
Cost: First 4 weeks $200/week additional weeks at $180 / week
